What we do, precisely
ACE X installs and maintains Ace, a custom AI receptionist, for owner-run businesses in the United States: dental, medical and aesthetic, legal, home services, auto repair and veterinary. Our work is commercial and technical: writing the call script, wiring the agent to the client’s phone number and calendar, and monitoring it month to month.
What we are not
- We are not a healthcare provider. We do not provide medical, dental, clinical or health advice, and we do not treat, diagnose or advise patients.
- We do not sell medical devices, equipment, pharmaceuticals or supplements.
- We do not access or store patient medical records.
- We are not a financial services firm. We do not provide investment, insurance, tax or regulated financial advice, and we do not handle client funds.
- We are not a marketplace and do not sell goods or services on behalf of anyone else.
Our customers are businesses. ACE X sells business-to-business services only, and does not sell to consumers.
